Ingredients:
- 2 cups of nuts and/or seeds of choice, soaked overnight
- ¼ cup cacao powder
- ½ cup mashed sweet potato
- Pinch sea salt
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- For the Topping:
- Fresh or frozen berries of choice
How to make:
- In a food processor, pulse the nuts, cacao powder, sea salt, and mashed sweet potato until well combined
- Add the maple syrup and vanilla extract and pulse to combine
- Pour the mixture into a loaf pan
- Add berries of choice on top
- Freeze for half an hour before cutting into squares
