This delicious, healthy fudge is a great source of vitamins, minerals, fibre, and protein!

  • 2 cups of nuts and/or seeds of choice, soaked overnight
  • ¼ cup cacao powder
  • ½ cup mashed sweet potato
  • Pinch sea salt
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    For the Topping:

  • Fresh or frozen berries of choice

How to make:

  1. In a food processor, pulse the nuts, cacao powder, sea salt, and mashed sweet potato until well combined
  2. Add the maple syrup and vanilla extract and pulse to combine
  3. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan
  4. Add berries of choice on top
  5. Freeze for half an hour before cutting into squares
