This simple, healthy breakfast recipe takes just 10 minutes to prepare!
- 1 cup Community Co Rolled Oats*
- ½ cup carrot, finely grated
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Community Co Black Chia Seeds*
- 3 tbsp Community Co Aussie Sultanas*
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 and ¼ cup Community Co Unsweetened Almond Milk*
- To serve:
- Community Co Greek Yoghurt*
- 3 tbsp Community Co Walnuts*, chopped
How to make:
- Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add wet ingredients and mix again.
- Place in the refrigerator, covered, for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Top with Greek yogurt and walnuts before serving.
