Ingredients:

    Dry:

  • 1 cup Community Co Rolled Oats*
  • ½ cup carrot, finely grated
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Community Co Black Chia Seeds*
  • 3 tbsp Community Co Aussie Sultanas*
    Wet:

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 and ¼ cup Community Co Unsweetened Almond Milk*
    To serve:

  • Community Co Greek Yoghurt*
  • 3 tbsp Community Co Walnuts*, chopped

How to make:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Add wet ingredients and mix again.
  3. Place in the refrigerator, covered, for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Top with Greek yogurt and walnuts before serving.
