I like that there are pieces of fruit in the jam. It has a good texture & srays on the knife to spread. Having 50% fruit is a good ratio. It smells pleasant.

I love apricot jam on warm toast with a generous serve of butter!! I always keep some in the fridge for desserts as well!

Very good consistency. No funniness at all, yet not lumpy either. Very easy spreading and good flavour. Not too sweet.
