Ingredients

Black & Gold Nice Biscuits

Black & Gold Scotch Finger Biscuits

2 cups Black & Gold Icing Sugar, sifted

1 egg white

Your choice of lollies to decorate

Black & Gold 100's & 1000's

*Serving size calculator is approximate, feel free to adjust by adding a pinch here and there as needed

Method

Make the icing by whisking the icing sugar and egg white in a small bowl until well incorporated. Transfer to a piping bag until ready to use.
To make the biscuit house, use 1 Scotch Finger Biscuit for the base, and 2 Nice Biscuits for the roof, creating a triangle.
Pipe the icing on the length of the Nice Biscuit and stick them on to the Scotch Finger Biscuit.
Decorate as you please with your own selection of lollies.

Top Tips

If you don’t have a piping bag, cut a small corner out of a plastic zip lock bag.
