Ingredients

2/3 cup Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise

2 tbsp tomato ketchup

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp sriracha chilli sauce, or a little extra to taste

Salt and pepper, to taste

1.5kg cooked prawns (about 750g peeled), to serve

*Serving size calculator is approximate, feel free to adjust by adding a pinch here and there as needed

Method

Combine Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and sriracha and in a bowl. Season to taste with salt, pepper and some extra sriracha (if desired). Serve with prawns.

The seafood sauce is delicious-I love fresh prawns and any other seafood especially lobster., scallops, mussels and white bait I do not like any added chilli or chilli infused ingredient so I would add freshly finely diced dill and deseeded diced cucumbers to the basic seafood sauce for a more fresher Greek style seafood saicr- yummy !!!!
