Ingredients

450 g brown sugar
500 ml vinegar
1 cup mint leaves, chopped
*Serving size calculator is approximate, feel free to adjust by adding a pinch here and there as needed

Method

  1. Combine sugar and vinegar in a saucepan then bring to a boil. Stir in the mint.
