Icing sugar to dust

Method

Turn out the Community Co Mudcake onto a serving plate. Place icing side down so the doily effect can work nicely on the base of the cake.
Place doily on the base of the upside-down cake
Lightly dust icing sugar over the doily to create the desired decorating effect.
Gently remove doily, serve cake.
