Ingredients
Rosemary Sprigs
½ CupCaster Sugar
1Egg for egg white
*Serving size calculator is approximate, feel free to adjust by adding a pinch here and there as needed
Method
Prepare 2 shallow but wide bowls. Add the egg white in one and the caster sugar in the other.
Dip rosemary sprigs in egg white, then roll in the caster sugar. Dust off excess.
Let it dry for 4 hours or overnight.
