Fruit & Yoghurt Trifle

An easy recipe that works for breakfast, brunch or dessert.



200 g fresh strawberries
400 g vanilla Greek yoghurt
100 g savoiardi biscuits (lady finger biscuits)
Fresh seasonal fruit of your choice
*Serving size calculator is approximate, feel free to adjust by adding a pinch here and there as needed


  1. Blitz strawberries in a blender until you have a smooth puree.
  2. Line biscuits on the base of your large serving bowl or small individual glasses. Pour the strawberry puree over the top, add fresh fruit, then layer with the yoghurt. Finish with additional fresh fruit on top.

Easy Swap

If you don’t want the fuss of blending strawberries, use passionfruit pulp instead.
