A unique way to present your prawn salad or seafood platter this summer. Not only will it keep your salad crisp, and seafood fresh, it’s a great way to serve your appetizers.

Making this platter couldn’t be any easier, just make sure to make it a day ahead.

You want to start off with two square or rectangular metal trays, one larger than the other. Fill the larger container halfway with water, place the smaller container inside and tape the sides of the smaller tray with the larger one, securing it.

Place it in the freezer for several hours, or overnight. Once frozen, remove the tape and it’s ready to use.
