To get the best out of your citrus, try preserving it by freezing the juice in ice cube trays. You’ll have fresh vibrant lemon, lime or orange juice all year around.

To get further use out of your lemons, you could also slice the lemons after they have been juiced and place the slices with mint leaves into ice cube trays. Fill the tray with water and freeze. Pop them out to use in your soda, or to chill and flavour your water.
