Top Tips
Much of the goodness, like many vegetables, is found in the skin. So don’t peel – just wash.
Optional: Mix through all the spring onions and serve scattered with 1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds and ¼ cup fresh coriander sprigs.

Very good recipe. Simple & tasty. I will add a couple chopped boiled eggs next time.
I did not chill the potatoes but served them warm. Absolutely fabulous !
Made this for Xmas lunch. Everyone loved it, so didn’t last long. So easy to do. I would next time cut the potatoes a bit smaller. I also added sautéed chorizo and paneer cheese as a little extra for the meat lovers.
Very easy recipe. Guests commented on how tasty it was. Will definitely be doing again. 5star.
