Creamy meatballs for the whole family, delicious, easy and ready in 30mins!

Ingredients

4 Serves*
1 Tbsp olive oil
500 g ready made meatballs
1/3 cup plain flour
20 g butter
500 mL Campbell’s Real Stock Beef
1/2 cup sour cream
serve with mash or salad
*Serving size calculator is approximate, feel free to adjust by adding a pinch here and there as needed

Method

  1. Place flour in a medium bowl and dust meatballs. Set aside. Heat oil in a large frypan. Add meatballs and cook over medium heat for 8-10 mins until they are golden. Remove from pan.
  2. Add remaining flower and butter, cook for 1 minute, then add Campbell’s Real Stock. Return meatballs and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until sauce has thickened and meatballs are cooked through. Stir through sour cream and cook for a further 1-2 minutes.
  3. Serve with mash and salad.
