Ingredients

2 Serves*
300 ml thickened cream
1 cup icing sugar
1 kg red ripe strawberries
1/4 cup chocolate hearts or choc chips
*Serving size calculator is approximate, feel free to adjust by adding a pinch here and there as needed

Method

  1. Into a blender place all the ingredients except the chocolate hearts.
  2. Blend together until a beautiful thick, creamy pink soft-serve results.
  3. Pour the mixture into a sealable container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  4. Serve in one large bowl, with one single spoon (Cue … BIG, LOVING SIIIIIGH!)
