Method
- Slice the focaccia in half and place in a pan cut side down over a medium heat. Toast until golden brown.
- Remove from the pan and spread the bottom half with cranberry sauce. Next, top with stuffing and slices of glazed Christmas ham.
- Finally, layer on roasted red onions and fresh rocket.
- Spread Heinz Original Mayonnaise on the top focaccia and top the sandwich. Enjoy!
