Ingredients
6Serves*
1cup strawberries
1cup blueberries
6slices of watermelon
1cup your favourite nuts
1cup of dried cranberries or apricots
Mix of chocolates of choice
*Serving size calculator is approximate, feel free to adjust by adding a pinch here and there as needed
Method
Use a medium board to lay your ingredients on. Start with placing small bowls for nuts and dried fruit at each side of the board.
Create a tree like shape with chocolates in the centre then lay your watermelon slices at one end of the board.
Place remaining chocolates around the board.
Fill in the gaps with your berries and top up the small bowls with nuts and dried fruit.
Easy Swap
Use any of your favourite fruits, nuts and chocolates to personalise the platter with the things you love best. Add some sprigs of mint for an extra pop of colour.
