Baked Garlic Tortilla Chips

Ingredients

tortilla
olive oil
crushed garlic
cracked pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven 180C. Brush each whole meal tortilla with olive oil and crushed garlic.
  2. Cut into wedges and place in single file onto a baking tray.
  3. Bake for 7 minutes or until lightly golden and crisp.
  4. Sprinkle with a pinch of cracked pepper.
