Ingredients

4 corn cobs

1/2 cup of crispy bacon

1/2 cup grated CHEER™ Cheddar

1 lime squeezed, to serve

Fresh coriander, to serve

Olive oil, to serve

Method

Brush corn cobs with oil and grill until tender and charred.
