Method
1. Make the icing by whisking the icing sugar and egg white in a small bowl until well incorporated. Transfer to a piping bag until ready to use.
2. To make the biscuit house, use 1 Scotch Finger Biscuit for the base, and 2 Nice Biscuits for the roof, creating a triangle.
3. Pipe the icing on the length of the Nice Biscuit and stick them on to the Scotch Finger Biscuit.
4. Decorate as you please with your own selection of lollies.
