Ingredients

500g chicken breast, sliced thinly

2 tbsp MAGGI Oyster Sauce

1 tbsp vegetable oil

2 (50g) spring onions

2 cups (160g) broccoli florets

1 (200g) red capsicum, sliced

2 tbsp MAGGI Original Seasoning

2 tbsp sweet soy

2 packets of MAGGI 2 Minute Noodles Honey Soy Chicken Flavour

Method

Combine chicken and MAGGI Oyster Sauce in a medium bowl and set aside.
Heat a large frying pan or wok over high heat, add oil and chicken, cook for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Add vegetables to pan, stir through and cook for 3 minutes or until vegetables are just tender.
Meanwhile cook 2 Minute Noodles following packet instructions. Add MAGGI 2 Minute Noodles, MAGGI Original Seasoning and sweet soy to the pan, cook for a further 2 minutes or until heated through. Serve and enjoy!
