Ingredients

70g can Edgell Snack Time Chickpeas with Zesty Vinaigrette

95g can John West Tuna – in Olive Oil Blend, undrained

1 cup 4 leaf salad mix

6 grape tomatoes, halved

¼ small red onion, thinly sliced

Method

Combine all ingredients reserving some of the oil from John West Tuna.
Drizzle salad with reserved oil, if desired, and serve.
