How you’re keeping Australia beautiful

  • In partnership with

This year to celebrate Keep Australia Beautiful week, we wanted to recognise those who do a lot to keep their community clean. We asked you to nominate a worthy winner on Facebook and tell us what they do to support their local environment.

Our nominees and nominators were both in with a chance of winning a $100 IGA store voucher each – with the winner selected by the team at Keep Australia Beautiful!

The competition has now closed and we’re pleased to announce our winners.

Anne Suteras wanted to nominate her disabled brother-in-law, Tim, who despite his disabilities still continues to walk around the Bacchus Marsh, VIC, community disposing of and recycling any rubbish he comes across, filling his own bins with other people’s rubbish!

Well done Tim, and thank you for entering Anne! Thank you to the team at Keep Australia Beautiful for judging this competition.
