How long does the promotion go for?

The “IGA Gift Card – A Winner Every 10 Minutes Promotion” promotional period is running from Wednesday 29th January 2025 7:00 am AEDT to Tuesday 25th February 2025 11:59 pm AEDT.

How is there a winner every 10 minutes

A time-based algorithm will determine a winner every 10 minutes. If an entry is not submitted within a 10 minute period that chance will roll over to the next 10 minutes between the hours of 7am to Midnight AEDT each day.

Are all IGA stores participating?

Any IGA, IGA Local Grocer, Supa Valu (Doonside, Ballina & Delahey) stores within Australia which display advertising for this Promotion or online at https://www.igashop.com.au/

The promotion is not available in Tasmanian stores or Foodland IGA.

How to enter?

Simply spend $20 or more in a single transaction instore or online at www.igashop.com.au  (excludes tobacco, gaming and/or liquor purchases.)

Then enter online at www.iga.com.au/win providing the required information.

Entrants will be notified instantly on-screen if they are a winner.

Winners then need to upload a copy of the receipt to be validated.

Is there a limit to how many times I can win?

Entry is permitted to 1 per person per day and the receipt can only be used once.

For every entry, an entrant will receive one (1) initial opportunity to win an Instant Win Prize

If the Qualifying Spend contains a product from the list of participating brands entrants will

be given one (1) Bonus Chance regardless of the number of products purchased from the list of

participating brands.

Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements

Purchase a product from a participating brand within the qualifying $20 spend and receive 1 bonus entry card (per transaction) which contains a unique redemption code.

Then enter online www.iga.com.au/win once initial entry is complete, enter unique redemption code to claim your bonus entry.

Online Purchases from www.igashop.com.au

Online orders will not receive a physical bonus entry card. However once order is completed an email will be sent within 48 hours containing a unique redemption code.

Then enter online www.iga.com.au/win once initial entry is complete, enter unique code to claim your bonus entry.

Who are the participating Brands for the bonus entry

Do I need to keep my receipt?

Yes, Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt. Entrants who win an Instant Win Prize will be asked to provide a picture of their receipt to validate the win.

Important note: all entrants must retain their original purchase receipt or online invoice for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) or invoice(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase (for instore purchases), participating product/s and the date of purchase on the receipt(s) or invoice(s)/online order confirmation must be during the Promotional Period and prior to entry.

When taking a photo of my receipt what do I need to include? Should I take the photo vertically/portrait or horizontally/landscape.

When taking a photo of your receipt, please ensure that you capture the whole receipt in one image, using the vertical/portrait format (see example below). Make sure the printed receipt is legible clearly displaying the following information to validate your entry.

Participating store of purchase (for in-store purchases),

Date of purchase on the receipt or invoice which must be during the Promotional Period and Total amount spent.

Depending on the store purchased the information could be displayed in various places on the printed receipt. Please look for the following on your receipt.

How do I upload my shop online receipt?

Customers who shop online will receive a pdf of their invoice via email.

• You will need to save the pdf of your invoice sent via email onto your phone/computer.
• Uploading a pdf file from your computer/phone
• Click on the ‘Upload Receipt’ button shown on the winner page
• Then click ‘Browse’ and locate the saved image on your smart phone/computer.
• Select the file and click ‘Open’ to confirm your selection.
• Your proof of purchase is now uploaded to your claim form.
• You will see either a PDF symbol OR the first page only of your invoice.
• Enter “NEXT”

Why am I not able to upload the receipt?

What should I do if my Mobile verification code is invalid?

Click on the resend option to get a new verification code. You will receive a new verification code to your registered mobile number in your entry

What is the validity of the Mobile Phone verification code each time?

Each verification code is valid for 10 minutes from the time it’s sent. If the code is not used within this period, it will expire, and you will need to request a new one.

How many times can I request to resend a verification code?

The verification code can be resent five times. After 60 seconds have passed, the option to “Resend Verification Code” will become available. In the event of exhausting this limit, for further assistance, please contact us at [email protected]

Where can I find my Code for the Bonus Entry?  

The bonus entry card is to be provided to you instore on purchase, it contains a unique redemption code circled in the example below, subject to availability and while stocks of game cards last

I’ve won a gift card – How do I get it.

Depending on your stores technical capabilities you will be issued either an IGA e-Gift card or posted a physical gift card.

The IGA e-Gift card will be sent to the email address provided when entering, which will arrive within 3 business days from the day of being verified.

The physical IGA Gift card will be posted to the street address provided when entering which will arrive withing 7-10 working days

What will my e-gift card look like?

Step 2 – after downloading the e-Gift card the below will appear which the store can scan barcode from the screen of your phone
