Cinnamon Chips with Salsa

Now who knew tortillas could be used to make an AMAZING Cinnamon Chip! Honestly you will make these over and over when entertaining, they are that GOOD!

  • Serves 10
  • Prep 5 minutes
  • Cook 5 minutes


  1. Preheat oven 170C.
  2. Line a tray with baking paper.
  3. Brush each tortilla with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  4. Cut each into eight wedges.
  5. Bake 5 to 7 minutes or just until crisp.
  6. Serve with yoghurt.

¼ cup butter, melted
1 tbsp cinnamon sugar
1 cup Greek Vanilla Bean Yoghurt


Optional: Serve with some fresh Strawberries.

Another great idea: Make a fabulously fresh Strawberry Salsa to accompany. Mix together 10 chopped strawberries, 1 chopped kiwi fruit, ½ lime, juiced and 1 teaspoon honey.
