WHAT YOU WILL NEED

1 cup of plain flour
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp baking powder
1 cup caster sugar
1 tsp of salt
½ cup milk
1 tsp vinegar
½ cup of canola oil
2 eggs
White rolling fondant
Black food gel

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Sieve the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder together into a large mixing bowl. Add the caster sugar and 1 tsp of salt then set aside
2. Add ½ cup of milk, 1 tsp vinegar, ½ cup of canola oil and 2 eggs to another mixing bowl and whisk
3. Combine the 2 bowls and whisk together
4. Add ¼ cup of boiling water and whisk
5. Evenly distribute the mix in to 12 cup cake cases
6. Bake for 20 mins at 170c

7. Frost the cake with your favourite frosting then carefully place the Sour Bites pieces to cover the cake top
8. Unwrap a Chupa Chups lollipop and place in the centre of the cake
9. Roll out the white rolling fondant and use a circle cutter to cut in to approx. 8cm/3.14 inch circles
10. Wrap the icing over the top of the lollipop and position in to your best ghost shape
11. Use a sharp object such as a cocktail stick to mark the eyes

Some other ideas include:
Use red and black tissue paper to make Dracula lollipops with capes
Wrap the lollipop in white tissue to make gruesome Halloween eye balls

Tissues and/or coloured tissue paper (varied colours – depending on chosen character)
String
Small elastic bands/hair bands
Extra props for character features (pens, googly eyes, 
coloured card)
Glue
Scissors

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Choose your favourite Chupa Chups lollipop
2. Grab 2x pieces of tissue or tissue paper
3. Cut one tissue/tissue paper in to 4 equal squares. Keep one and set the other 3 aside for your next creation!
4. Place the cut 1/4 tissue section directly in the middle of the full piece of tissue, and wrap over the top of the lollipop with the ¼ on the inside
5. Tie under the base of the lollipop ball with an elastic band to keep in place
6. Tie string around the neck of the character
7. Now time to get creative and give your stick some character! Mark eyes and other features on to the character – For extra props, you can add a witches hat or cape!
