Ingredients

tortilla
olive oil
crushed garlic
cracked pepper
*Serving size calculator is approximate, feel free to adjust by adding a pinch here and there as needed

Method

  1. Preheat oven 180C. Brush each whole meal tortilla with olive oil and crushed garlic.
  2. Cut into wedges and place in single file onto a baking tray.
  3. Bake for 7 minutes or until lightly golden and crisp.
  4. Sprinkle with a pinch of cracked pepper.

    I love these. My dietician recommended the over crisps and they have won me over. I only use a little oil and lots of garlic on low carb wraps. A healthy alternative. I couldn’t change the star rating. I give it 5.
